Pittsgrove is a township in southern New Jersey. One section of the township near the city of Vineland is called Norma. Both are located in Salem County. Nearby are the townships of Penns Grove and Carneys Point. These communities are perhaps best known as the location where many individuals from Valle San Giovanni in Abruzzo Italy emigrated in the early 1900’s.
